Daily Telegraph Cooks Squirrel at Heligan!

Daily Telegraph chef, Xanthe Clay, came to The Lost Gardens at the end of August and was presented with a fresh squirrel to cook!
Did she want to cook it? asked Heligan's managing director, Peter Stafford, who had found the fresh squirrel at the side of the road... Of course she did!
