Heligan x THE PIG Lost Supper
-
18 Jun: 5pm - 7pm
We’ll be dishing up a three course menu that’s packed full of flavour, and uses the freshest and finest Heligan ingredients. The supper will be prepared by Head Chef at THE PIG-at Harlyn Bay, Tom Holloway, alongside our very own Heligan Kitchen Team.
THE PIG and Heligan share the same approach to food – the best ingredients, grown sustainably and served deliciously. Heligan’s Victorian Productive garden is 157 yards from the Heligan Kitchen and Bakery – and whatever THE PIG’S Kitchen Garden teams are unable to grown themselves is sourced from within a 25 mile radius.
£50pp including three courses, a welcome cocktail, and garden snacks.

What are Lost Suppers?
Lost Suppers are about connections, the connection between people, the soil, the planet and food. In the current climate it’s never been more important to talk about food miles and eating from the land has always been the way at Heligan, that’s what it was built for.
The menu is never published beforehand as it is written after the gardeners have listed what’s available or what’s in season, which makes this unique experience completely ingredient led.
This special Lost Suppers will be held in the Heligan Kitchen conservatory. Doors will open at 5pm with a welcome drink for all upon arrival.
