Lost Supper: Easter
-
25 Apr: 6:30pm - 10pm
As Spring arrives, the gardens reawaken and an abundance of heritage produce makes the 157 yard journey to the Heligan Kitchen for our Easter Lost Supper.
We'll be harvesting rhubarb, radish, mixed leaf and Jungle wild garlic combined with ingredients that have been pickled and preserved by our chefs over the winter months. Our livestock team have also provided us with the finest quality rare breed beef and lamb to enhance our dishes this season.
£65pp includes a welcome cocktail and 5 courses.

What are Lost Suppers?
Lost Suppers are about connections, the connection between people, the soil, the planet and food. In the current climate it’s never been more important to talk about food miles and eating from the land has always been the way at Heligan, that’s what it was built for.
The menu is never published beforehand as it is written after the gardeners have listed what’s available or what’s in season, which makes this unique experience completely ingredient led.
This special Lost Suppers will be held in the Heligan Kitchen conservatory. Doors will open at 6:30pm with a welcome drink for all upon arrival.
*Please note the dining experience lasts approximately 3 hours
