From the whispering woodlands to the hidden networks beneath our feet, this gathering invites you to listen differently — to fungi and folklore and to ancient trees.
A celebration of entangled thinking, sacred landscapes, and the quiet magic of simply noticing the hidden worlds surrounding us.
Our eclectic gathering of speakers for the day will include:
- Merlin Sheldrake, British mycologist & bestselling author of “Entangled Life”
- Cornish Nature writer Wyl Menmuir and Dr James Canton joining us from Essex where James runs the only Uni Wild Writing MA
- ‘The Lost Folk’ book launch by local author Lally MacBeth

Our gates will open at 9am. Homecoming ticket holders are invited to explore Heligan’s 200 acres of magical gardens, estate, rare breed farm, woodland walks and play meadow as well as food options from the Heligan Kitchen, The Field Kitchen and more.
